We've come a long way!
From our humble beginnings in NSW over 60 years ago, our first meal was cooked and delivered from the Town Hall in Sydney? We have come a long way since then, having developed and grown to being an essential service that nourishes communities both nutritionally and socially across the State. 

We launched the National Meal Guidelines last year, which are the first of its kind to meet the needs of aging Australians, ensuring that clients are getting their daily nutritional needs as well as a friendly visit from a volunteer.  The service wouldn’t be possible without our amazing 35,000 volunteers who deliver the staggering 4.5million meals each year!  Just incredible!
