Ordering and Delivery

HOW TO ORDER

Email

  • You can email your meal order to kiamamow@bigpond.com.au
  • Make sure that you include your full name, phone number and address in the email
  • The meal order form may be downloaded and printed off our website, completed, then scanned and emailed back to us.  We currently do not have an online ordering system available. Meal-Order-Form-as-at-August-2023-(Website).docx

Over the phone

  • You can submit your order by calling 02 4232 3735 and talking to our friendly staff.  Orders need to be placed at least a week in advance to ensure we have the stock available for you. Ideally, we would like phoned orders to be placed on Mondays for orders delivered the following week.  

In person

  • The menu is available to download and print off - please select your menu items and then return the form with one of our volunteers.
  • You can visit our office at Unit 4 / 3 Brown Street, Kiama and give our order directly to our staff.  Our office staff are present during the hours of 8:30am to 2:30pm Monday to Thursday.  We are still contactable on Fridays but may not be present at the office.

DELIVERIES

  • Frozen meal deliveries are available Wednesdays and Thursdays. 
  • ​Deliveries generally occur between 9am and 12 noon.  Clients are required to be home to accept the delivery.
