Peach Crumble with Custard
A fresh and easy twist on the apple crumble for peach lovers!

Ingredients
500g sliced peaches
¾ cup brown sugar
Juice of 1/4 lemon
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
CRUMBLE
1/3 cup plain flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon
50g softened butter
1/2 cups rolled oats
300ml custard, for serving
Method
Preheat fan-forced oven to 180°C (190°C for conventional oven).
In a large bowl, combine peaches, sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, brown sugar and cinnamon. Add butter and using fingertips, rub mixture until it resembles fine breadcrumbs. Lastly fold in the rolled oats.
Place peaches and juices into a large baking dish. Sprinkle crumble topping evenly over the peaches and press down slightly.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until topping is golden.
Serve warm with custard.
