Purpose: Our aim is to reduce isolation in our community. We provide assistance to frail aged people, 65 years plus, or 50 years plus if you are from of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Island heritage, and younger people with a disability to maintain links with their community.
Activities: Group functions for mixed groups, men only and special event ladies days.
Catchment Area: From the Tweed Border, south to Pottsville and west to Terranora and Bilambil.
Cost: The usual cost is $22.00 per outing for both Mixed Groups and Men's Days. Special events may cost more and we will advise this prior to the outing.
If you are receiving Meals on Wheels from Tweed Community Support or you are a new client, you will require a referral from My Aged Care to attend our social outings. Come along and have some fun.
