According to the 2023 Huber Social Impact Report, people volunteering with Meals on Wheels in NSW were found to have 11% higher wellbeing compared to similar Australians. When compared to similar volunteers from other organisations, Meals on Wheels volunteers still report having 5% higher overall wellbeing.
