We have an assortment of recipes available to complement your Meals on Wheels meals. All of these recipes have been developed by Dietitians and are designed to support healthy ageing.

Many of the recipes listed have been compiled in accordance with the nutritional requirements published in the National Meal Guidelines developed by Meals on Wheels Australia. Specific attention has been paid to the nutritional requirements of adults aged 70 years and older, which includes an increase in consumption of Protein, Calcium, Vitamin B and Vitamin D. You will also find some great Seasonal Recipes, Vegetarian and Vegan Recipes, Gluten Free Recipes, Lactose Free Recipes and some sweet treats!
