Ordering and Delivery

HOW TO ORDER

You can easily order your meals through the following methods:

1. Email
Send your order to admin@wollongongmow.com.au, including your full name, phone number, and address.

2. Over the Phone
Call us at (02) 4226 5869 to speak with one of our friendly staff and place your order.

3. In Person
Download and print a menu, fill it out, and hand it to one of our volunteers.

4. Online
Contact us via phone (02 4226 5869) or email (admin@wollongongmow.com.au) to set up your online ordering account. Once set up, you’ll have the flexibility of being able to order at anytime on your delivery date for your area.

To access Wollongong Meals on Wheels services, you must meet eligibility criteria. For more information, call us at (02) 4226 5869.

Delivery Information

We do not charge a delivery fee with our service.
Hot Meal Deliveries:

  • Zone: Figtree to Corrimal
  • Days: Monday to Friday
  • Time: Between 11:30 am – 1:00 pm
  • Requirement: Clients must be home to accept the delivery.

Frozen Meal Deliveries:

  • Zone: Albion Park to Thirroul
  • Days: Tuesday to Thursday
  • Time: Between 8:30 am – 3:00 pm
  • Requirement: Clients must be home to accept the delivery.
