Our Meals


Blacktown Meals on Wheels purchases nutritional, quality meals from a range of accredited suppliers. 

We provide a wide range of meals available in Large Main Meals (350g - 475g) and Mini Meals (200g - 300g). Menu items include roasts, curries, casseroles and more. See below for more menu items including desserts, soup and breakfast items. 

Every effort is made to cater for individual needs and staff can arrange meal options for people with special dietary requirements. This includes meals which are pureed, soft, diabetic, gluten free, culturally specific meals and vegetarian meals. If an item becomes unavailable, it will be replaced with something simalar.

Meals are delivered frozen once a week (see FAQs for more information on delivery)
