Exercise groups - with an accredited Exercise Physiologist

These classes are held each Thursday morning and are very popular.

Our usual venue will be the Banora Point Community Centre. 

The cost for the program is $12.00. Pricing can be different if you are on a Home Care Package, please check with the office staff.

As with all of our outings, you do need to be able to independently get into and out of a car or the bus.
