Where the money goes

Meals on Wheels nourish communities both nutritionally and socially across the entire State of NSW. We believe that a nutritious comforting meal is a right, not a privilege.

Yet, every day, many of our elderly neighbors face the heartbreaking choice between buying food or paying for basic living expenses. Your donation could mean the difference between an empty fridge and a comforting meal delivered with a friendly smile.

When you give today, you are providing a vital lifeline. 100% of donations via our website go towards our Financially Disadvantaged Fund. This fund steps in during times of crisis, supporting Meals on Wheels clients in NSW who cannot afford meals for up to 12 weeks.

Donation FAQs

My morale was so low and I felt like life wasn't worth it anymore. The Financially Disadvantaged Fund has shown me that not only is there help available, but there are people who care.
